Influencing positive change

Funders

Sandblast is eternally indebted to the Trade Unions, especially the Fire Brigade Union, UNISON and UNITE, who gave us the first funds for the 2007 Sandblast Festival. Their sense of international solidarity and faith in our mission was crucial to encouraging others.

Arts Council England has been paramount to our work, funding our activities from the start and supporting every application we've made. Other funders who have been important to our Studio-Live music project in the Saharawi refugee camps are the Roskilde Festival and Staples Fund.

Other notable funders include:
If you are interested in contributing to our work by making a one-off donation or pledging a monthly gift, we promise that the donation you make will be used to help educate Saharawi refugee children living in the camps, and help us in our mission to raise awareness of Saharawi arts and culture more broadly.
